Combat Games Athlete Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Combat Games (“Organizer”) and the undersigned Athlete (“Athlete”).

By submitting your online application and confirming acceptance of this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to all terms stated below.

1. Participation and Acknowledgment

1.1. The Athlete voluntarily applies to participate in the Combat Games Project, including but not limited to events, competitions, media activities, training sessions, and promotional activities.

1.2. Submission of the online application does not guarantee acceptance into Combat Games. Applications are reviewed individually, and the Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant without explanation.

1.3. Upon approval, the Athlete officially becomes part of Combat Games and agrees to comply with all organizational rules, communication guidelines, and event requirements.

2. Media Rights and Public Use

2.1. By confirming this Agreement, the Athlete grants Combat Games the full and unrestricted right to use, publish, display, and distribute the Athlete’s name, image, biography, fight footage, and other media materials on its website, social media platforms, printed materials, and any promotional content.

2.2. These rights are granted without additional compensation and may be used globally and indefinitely to promote Combat Games, its events, partners, and affiliated projects.

2.3. The Athlete agrees not to publish or distribute any media content featuring Combat Games logos, uniforms, or materials without prior written approval from the Organizer.

3. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

3.1. The Athlete fully understands and accepts that combat sports carry inherent physical risks including, but not limited to, injury, illness, or other health-related outcomes.

3.2. The Athlete agrees to participate at their own risk and releases Combat Games, its organizers, partners, representatives, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in Combat Games events.

3.3. The Organizer will provide all necessary preventive and emergency measures to ensure a safe event environment but cannot guarantee the prevention of injuries or unforeseen incidents.

4. Conduct and Representation

4.1. The Athlete agrees to act professionally, respectfully, and in good faith at all times while representing Combat Games, both online and offline.

4.2. The Athlete agrees to arrive on time to all official events and activities they have confirmed participation in.

4.3. The Athlete must always wear official Combat Games merchandise at official events, media appearances, and competitions, unless otherwise approved in writing.

4.4. Any public statements, media content, or social media publications referring to Combat Games must be coordinated in advance with the Organizer.

5. Wallet and Rewards

5.1. Each Athlete must provide a valid Tonkeeper wallet address when submitting their application.

5.2. The Organizer may use this wallet for reward distribution (e.g., Artdra Coin) or other bonuses associated with the Athlete’s participation and achievements.

5.3. Combat Games is not responsible for any losses, errors, or technical issues related to cryptocurrency wallets or transactions.

6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

6.1. The Athlete agrees not to disclose any internal information, discussions, or materials shared by Combat Games to any third party without written consent.

6.2. This includes but is not limited to: event planning details, financial arrangements, partner information, and confidential communications.

7. Termination

7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Athlete’s participation at any time in case of misconduct, breach of terms, or actions that may harm the reputation of Combat Games.

7.2. In such cases, Combat Games may remove the Athlete’s public profile and materials from its platforms without obligation for compensation.

8. Legal and Final Provisions

8.1. This Agreement represents the full understanding between the Athlete and Combat Games.

8.2. The Athlete agrees that by confirming this Agreement electronically, it becomes legally binding.

8.3. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, under the laws and jurisdiction of the country where Combat Games is registered.

8.4. The Athlete confirms full understanding of all terms, participation is voluntary, and no claims will be raised against Combat Games now or in the future.

9. External Participation Notice

9.1. The Athlete must notify Combat Games in writing at least 14 days in advance before participating in any sports events, tournaments, or competitions not organized or approved by Combat Games.

9.2. Failure to provide prior notice may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination of participation rights within Combat Games.

Electronic Confirmation

By submitting your application and checking the confirmation box, you agree to this Athlete Agreement and confirm your voluntary participation in Combat Games under the terms stated above.
