Terms of Delivery

Effective Date: 04/10/2025

1. Delivery Address

Deliveries are made to the postal address provided by the Client during the purchase process and recorded in the Purchase Order.
Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.
COMBATGAMES.PRO shall not be held liable for shipment errors or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the Client.

2. Delivery Coverage

COMBATGAMES.PRO delivers products worldwide.
However, certain items may not be available in all regions or may be subject to geographic restrictions.

3. Product Availability and Processing

  • 3.1 If the ordered item is available in stock, delivery arrangements begin immediately upon confirmation of payment to ensure the shortest possible dispatch time.

  • 3.2 If the product is custom-made, on backorder, or sourced directly from the manufacturer, COMBATGAMES.PRO will contact the Client to confirm production and estimated delivery timelines via phone or electronic notification.

4. Shipping and Lead Times

Deliveries are handled by reliable courier partners chosen based on product type and destination.
Estimated delivery time:

  • 3–9 days for European destinations

  • 10–15 days for all other countries
    Exceptions may occur due to logistical or customs factors.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Estimated delivery windows (minimum–maximum timeframe) are communicated to Clients.
If no delivery confirmation is received within 48 hours of order submission, Clients should notify COMBATGAMES.PRO immediately.

6. Payment Delays

Delays resulting from bank transfers or credit card processing times are not included in the estimated delivery period unless caused by the Seller.
Delivery times are approximate and may differ from the Order Confirmation estimate.

7. Multiple Manufacturers

Orders containing products from different manufacturers may involve separate shipping times and costs.
Clients are encouraged to contact COMBATGAMES.PRO via email for clarification on combined order deliveries.

8. Partial Shipments

If all items within one Purchase Order are from the same manufacturer, they may still be shipped separately depending on product availability or production schedules.

9. Delivery Policy

Unless otherwise specified, deliveries are made to street level only.
COMBATGAMES.PRO does not provide delivery to upper floors, installation, or assembly services.
Exceptions must be agreed upon prior to purchase.

10. Receipt of Goods

Deliveries are made to the Client or an authorized Consignee acting on their behalf.
Upon delivery, the Client or Consignee must verify that:

  • The packaging is intact and undamaged.

  • The items received match the Purchase Order.

11. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Client once the Client or designated Consignee physically receives the goods.
COMBATGAMES.PRO is not responsible for damages occurring after product handover to the carrier.

12. Carrier Liability

COMBATGAMES.PRO assumes no liability for shipping delays or product damage that occur after collection by the courier.

13. Reporting Damages

If visible defects are found (damaged packaging, missing packages, etc.), the Client or Consignee must:

  1. Note the issue on the courier’s delivery document at the time of receipt.

  2. Notify COMBATGAMES.PRO via the platform and by registered post within 3 working days of discovering the issue.

14. Customs Duties

Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
Any applicable charges are the Client’s responsibility.
Clients are advised to consult their local customs authority before purchase.

15. Force Majeure

COMBATGAMES.PRO shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:
strikes, natural disasters, accidents, theft, riots, or holidays.
If such an event lasts longer than three (3) months, the order will be automatically canceled without penalty.

16. Delivery Delays

Delays of up to 30 days do not entitle the Client to refuse delivery or request compensation.
If a reliable delivery date cannot be provided, COMBATGAMES.PRO reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund using the original payment method.
