Warranty Policy – COMBATGAMES.PRO

Effective from: 04/10/2025

1. Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from COMBATGAMES.PRO are covered by a Legal Guarantee in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or doesn’t perform as expected due to a production fault, the warranty is provided by the Manufacturer under their official terms and timelines.

2. Legal Guarantee Terms

  • You must report any visible defect or issue to COMBATGAMES.PRO Customer Service within 2 weeks of discovery.

  • After notification, you are entitled to request a repair, replacement, or refund, as outlined by law.

  • The Legal Guarantee is valid for 24 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified.

  • Warranty requests are processed only with valid proof of purchase.

3. Product Use & Maintenance Requirements

To ensure warranty validity, products must be:

  • Used according to their intended sports purpose (training, competition, etc.)

  • Maintained and stored under appropriate conditions (clean, dry, and safe environment)

  • Not altered, modified, or tampered with in any way

⚠️ Warranty claims may be declined if the product shows damage from misuse, poor maintenance, or modifications.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear (e.g. gloves, wraps, clothing)

  • Misuse, neglect, or improper storage

  • Accidental damage, including tears, abrasions, or exposure to elements

  • Altered or customized items (printing, embroidery, modification, etc.)

  • Damage caused by non-sport use or excessive force beyond intended activity

  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers or labels

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

Step 1 – Contact Support

Subject: “Warranty Claim – Order #[YourOrderNumber]”

Include:

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

  • Proof of purchase

Step 2 – Claim Review

Our team reviews your claim within 10 business days and will contact you with the outcome.

Step 3 – Return Authorization

If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
Products must be shipped within 7 business days in their original or equivalent packaging.

Step 4 – Inspection & Resolution

Once received, your item will be inspected within 20 business days.
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the product — at our discretion.

  • Approved claims: return shipping is covered by COMBATGAMES.PRO.

  • Declined claims: you may request the item’s return at your own cost.

6. Legal Notice & Jurisdiction

  • COMBATGAMES.PRO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product misuse or improper maintenance.

  • Unauthorized or late returns may be rejected.

  • This warranty is governed by Latvian law, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Latvia.
