Donation Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all donations made to Combat Games and its supporting organisation. By making a donation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:

1. Purpose of Donations

All donations are collected to support:

• Athletes’ growth and professional development (primary purpose).

• Organisation and promotion of Combat Games events.

• Expansion and improvement of the Combat Games platform and related services.

• Implementation of new financial technologies, including cryptocurrency systems supported by ARTDRA Coins.

Donations are accepted in Euro (€) and are fully allocated toward these organisational goals.

2. Participation Through Donations

Donors have two options when making a donation:

1. Standard Donation:
   Donors who do not provide any additional information or wallet address are considered to have donated solely for the purpose of supporting the organisation’s goals.
   These donations do not qualify for any returns or participation in the Combat Games event-based program.

2. Game Participation Donation:
   Donors who wish to participate in our Combat Game may select their favourite (predicted winner) Athlete and include their Tonkeeper wallet address during the donation process.
   This donation remains a voluntary contribution, but it qualifies the donor for a potential return in ARTDRA Coins, depending on the outcome of the selected match.

3. Game-Based Reward Distribution

If the donor’s selected athlete wins the fight and the donor has provided a valid Tonkeeper wallet address before the start of that match, ARTDRA Coins will distribute rewards as follows (based on the total equivalent value of all donations in ARTDRA Coins for that fight):

• 45% – Split proportionally among all donors who selected the winning athlete.

• 25% – Granted directly to the winning athlete.

• 20% – Shared between Combat Games Members.

• 10% – Allocated for the organisation and setup of the next Combat Games event.

All distributions are made in ARTDRA Coins within three (3) working days following the event.

4. Important Conditions

• The donation itself is accepted in Euro (€) only. The ARTDRA Coin allocation is made exclusively as a gesture of gratitude to participating donors through our partner cryptocurrency.

• To qualify for participation and potential ARTDRA return, the donor must:

  • Select their preferred (predicted winner) athlete.

  • Provide a valid Tonkeeper wallet address.

  • Complete these steps before the fight begins.

  • Donations made after the fight starts are automatically treated as standard donations for organisational development.

• All donations are non-refundable and voluntary.

5. Disclaimer and Transparency

• Donations do not grant any ownership, shareholder rights, or legal claim to Combat Games, its partners, or ARTDRA Coins.

• All donation values are recorded in Euro; Combat Games does not convert currencies or operate as an exchange service.

• The ARTDRA Coins distributed to participating donors are managed and executed by our official cryptocurrency partner, ARTDRA — The #1 Cryptocurrency for Athletes Worldwide.

• We use this model because we believe that, through our joint growth with ARTDRA Coins, the value of this cryptocurrency will increase significantly over time.
  This allows us to thank each supporter in an innovative and engaging way — combining gratitude with participation in our global sports movement.

6. Summary

Every donor, whether participating in the Game or contributing purely in support, plays a vital role in our mission — empowering athletes, building opportunities, and shaping the future of combat sports through innovation and community engagement.
